The amenity base is still catching up to the growth. You'll do most shopping in Newmarket (10–15 min), and the town can feel like a work-in-progress: construction, new roads, businesses still arriving. If you want "finished," look at Aurora or Newmarket.

Highway 404 runs along the town's spine — about 50 minutes off-peak to the DVP/401, longer at peak. The Bradford Bypass (under construction) will add an east-west link toward the 400.
